What areas do you serve?

Beyond the Bar is based in New Orleans and proudly serves events throughout the Greater New Orleans area, the Northshore, Baton Rouge, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. While we travel for events throughout these areas, alcohol supply is available only for events within New Orleans. For events outside New Orleans, we operate as a dry hire.

Do you provide alcohol?

Yes. For events within New Orleans, we can coordinate alcohol through our trusted alcohol partner as part of your customized beverage experience. We'll work with you to determine the right beverage selection and quantities based on your event, guest count, preferences, and vision. For events outside the New Orleans area, Beyond the Bar operates as a dry hire. This means we do not supply the alcohol, but we can still provide the bar experience and beverage services for your celebration.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better! Prime dates, especially during wedding season, festival season, and the holidays, can fill up quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event date and venue in mind. That said, if your event is coming up soon, don't hesitate to ask. If we have availability, we'll do our best to make it happen.

What happens if it rains?

We'll help you and your planner come up with a rain plan. We know weather can change, especially in New Orleans, and sometimes plans have to change at the last minute. We'll do everything we can to adapt and provide the experience you envisioned. Rain or shine, our goal is to make your bar service feel just as special and memorable.
