Every Beyond the Bar experience is thoughtfully curated around your guest count, venue, beverage preferences, service needs, and vision — and there are two ways to work with us, depending on how you'd like to handle the alcohol.
Service Option A
Client-Provided Alcohol Service
You provide the alcohol — we provide the complete bar experience around it, with instant online pricing.
- Your choice of bar — from our rental collection, or your venue's existing bar with no bar rental fee
- A professional bartender team sized to your guest count
- Your choice of Essential, Signature, or Premium mixer packages
- Service styles from beer & wine to a full open bar with signature cocktails
- Service windows of 3 to 5 hours
- Bar setup and breakdown handled by our team
Build your package online and see your estimated total instantly. The online instant-pricing flow serves a limited service area within 25 miles of New Orleans — events beyond it may still qualify for a custom proposal through Design Your Bar Experience.

Second Line Celebration
Starting at $1,200
Keep your celebration moving with champagne and water service, staff, bar setup, cups, ice, and bar supplies. Beverage arrangements, quantities, and final service details are confirmed in your custom proposal.
